The correct diagnosis of vascular disease requires both good knowledge of the clinic and reliable instrumental diagnosis. In fact, different arterial or venous occlusive patterns may show similar clinic features, but require different therapies. It is for this reason that a reliable diagnostic test is required. The echocolor Doppler is the ideal tool: it is reliable, feasible at the bedside, repeatable, and with high diagnostic accuracy.
